CIRCLEVILLE — The Circleville Police Department handled a steady flow of calls on Wednesday, November 19, responding to 29 incidents ranging from disturbances and traffic stops to domestic situations and downed utility lines.
The first call of the day came just after midnight when officers were dispatched to a disturbance on South Pickaway Street, but the individual involved was gone upon arrival. Several extra patrols were conducted throughout the early morning hours on North Court Street, Edgewood Drive, East Mound Street, and East Circle Lane.
At 3:31 a.m., officers made an arrest involving a homeless individual on South Court Street. Later, at 6:25 a.m., police responded to a non-injury crash on West Main Street, where a report was taken.
