The Miss Universe competition is off to a slippery start.

During the Nov. 19 ceremony, Miss Jamaica Gabrielle Henry took a major fall during the preliminary evening gown category.

In the shocking video shared on Instagram , Henry, 28, can be spotted strutting down the Miss Universe runway in a bedazzled orange gown paired with a matching cape. After striking a pose for the judges, the contestant continued walking to her left, where she fell completely off stage.

Additional footage of the moment online shows people nearby coming to her rescue and carrying her off on a stretcher to receive medical attention.

Just hours later, the Miss Universe Organization released an update on Henry’s injuries.
