Former Tennessee state Rep. Jeremy Durham, a Brentwood Republican, has been suspended from the practice of law stemming from his conviction for felony reckless endangerment in early 2025 .
The Tennessee Supreme Court issued its suspension Nov. 14. The suspension will be in place until the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility holds a hearing to determine Durham’s final discipline. Final discipline orders range from reinstatement of law license to permanent disbarment.
