Whistleblower: FBI top brass shielded from scrutiny of the bureau's internal counterespionage unit

An FBI employee blew the whistle on the unit that investigates counterespionage inside the bureau, accusing it of "gross misconduct, fraud and potentially criminal activities within the FBI."
