I love the above quote from my friend and colleague Roy S. Johnson. It served as an intro to his column in last week’s newsletter, The Barbershop. (If you haven’t already, do yourself a favor and sign on today. The Barbershop is always a rich read.) The visual also inspired today’s cartoon, but instead of puppies and roses I chose to illustrate Tubby’s easy path to Montgomery as a cakewalk.
