Brookfield Zoo Chicago has welcomed two special visitors to meet the public, according to zoo officials, who announced the news on Friday, Nov. 14. The rare Amur leopard cubs, born on Monday, July 14, are now exploring their outdoor home, where guests can watch them play.

Their mother, Mina, is caring for her first litter while the young sisters discover their new world together. These leopards represent hope for one of Earth's most endangered big cat species, with Brookfield Zoo Chicago reporting that fewer than 100 exist in their natural habitat. The four-month-old cubs spend their days climbing rocks, jumping through fallen leaves, and testing their natural instincts under careful supervision.
