Former "Real Housewives of Potomac" star Mia Thornton was arrested on Wednesday after allegedly stealing thousands in furniture from a rental property, according to authorities.
Thornton, 40, was arrested at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport after officers responded to a wanted person call at the airport's Customs and Border Protection office, the Atlanta Police Department said in a statement. She was arrested on a charge of felony theft by taking, according to online jail records.
Thornton was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Fulton County Jail for processing. Police said Thornton has an active City of Atlanta warrant for larceny, involving an alleged furniture theft.
