This is the first picture of a much-loved dad who was stabbed to death in Coventry.

Anthony Priestley, 53, was found with serious injuries at an address in Aldrich Avene on Tuesday, Nov 18.

Sadly, nothing could be done to save him and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The family of Anthony tonight paid tribute as they released a smiling photograph of him through West Midlands Police .

They said: "Anton, we loved you so much and we cannot imagine that we’re never going to see you again. Our love for you will never end."

And Anthony's daughter paid a touching tribute to her father, saying: "Thanks for all the lovely memories I have of you. Your loving daughter."
