Srinagar, Nov 20: Awami Itihaad Party (AIP) on Thursday strongly condemned the profiling and humiliation of Kashmiri workers in Himachal Pradesh, calling the viral video “painful, unacceptable and reflective of a growing mindset problem”.

AIP Chief Spokesperson Inam Un Nabi, in a statement issued here, said, “The incident is not an isolated case but part of a disturbing pattern where ordinary Kashmiris working far from home are stripped of dignity while simply earning their livelihood. Behind every face in that video is a family in Kashmir waiting anxiously. Their humiliation is felt across every home in J&K.”

Inam urged the Governor and Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh to ensure immediate accountability and issue clear ground-level instructions to prevent such targeting.
