Costco is recalling two popular salad products sold in its stores after discovering there could be plastic in the dressing.
The warehouse chain and a supplier, Ventura Foods, made the announcement on Nov. 7, stating that the affected products were the Caesar salad and the chicken sandwich with Caesar salad.
The products involved in this recall have the item numbers 19927 and 11444 and have the sell by dates Oct. 17 and Nov. 9 of this year, the announcement reads. They were sold in the Midwest, Northeast and Southeast.
Customers are told to stop eating the premade foods and return it to their local Costco for a full refund.
Costco has issued other recalls this month, including one that was for nearly 1 million bottles of prosecco due to concerns of the bottles shattering.
