MICHIGAN, USA — Taco Bell has a brand-new item on its national menu, and it was created by someone from Michigan.
The California Crunchwrap was dreamed up by a real Taco Bell fan named Brock, straight from the mitten state, and chosen out of more than 40,000 submissions.
A new twist on a Taco Bell classic, Brock's California Crunchwrap subs in steak, adds seasoned fries and guacamole and wraps it all in a grilled Crunchwrap shell.
The new dish is inspired by SoCal flavors, and it's meant to balance "indulgence and comfort in each bite."
“I can’t remember the first time I had a Crunchwrap, but it’s been my go-to for years,” said Brock. “I kept seeing people in California add fries to their burritos, so one day I tried it in a Crunchwrap instead — and it just worked. Now it’s my new Taco
