Members of a state grand jury have cleared a police officer of wrongdoing in connection with the fatal shooting of a Pemberton Township man last year.

Jury members voted not to file criminal charges against Pemberton Township Officer Kyle McQueen, who killed 57-year-old Marvin Taylor during an incident outside Taylor's Browns Mills home.
