A woman allegedly pepper-sprayed passengers — including a toddler — on a San Antonio River Walk barge Saturday night, prompting a police search after she fled the scene.
The woman grew enraged after the boat operator asked her to turn down the volume on her phone on the evening of Nov. 15, leading the operator to stop the Go Rio barge so she could get off, the San Antonio Police Department told PEOPLE.
Once she stepped off the boat, the department said, she allegedly began yelling at passengers
