STONE RIDGE, N.Y. — SUNY Ulster will host the second and third installments of its fall concert series on Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 3 and 4, while the Tuba Christmas Concert returns Saturday, Dec. 6, after a hiatus spanning the past few years.

The Dec. 3 concert, taking place in the Quimby Theater on the SUNY Ulster Campus at 491 Cottekill Road at 7:30 p.m., features the College/Community Band and Percussion Ensemble performing a diverse program.

Under the direction of Cara Newsome, the College/Community Band’s program will include “The Old Boatman” by Florence Price, “Frenzy” by Andrew Boysen, Jr. (conducted by guest conductor Randolph Loder), “Sleep” by Eric Whitacre, “Arabesque” by Samuel Hazo (conducted by guest conductor Vic Izzo), “O
