It might be time to cut ties with McCarthy in fantasy. The second-year quarterback continues to miss open receivers and make poor decisions in the pocket. He's thrown five interceptions in his last three games and is coming off a 6.0-point performance against the Chicago Bears last week. Now he has to go up against a strong Packers defense that leads the NFL in yards allowed per pass (6.0) and ranks eighth in fantasy points allowed to QBs.
