BILLINGS, Mont. – Kelsie Rubich has been appointed as the new Director of the Billings Public Library.
Rubich, who has been serving as Interim Director, brings more than a decade of experience at the Billings Public Library and over twenty years in public and academic library service, the library said in a release.
Throughout her tenure, Rubich has managed daily operations across multiple divisions, strengthened policy implementation, coordinated internal teams and expanded community partnerships.
She has also helped drive major initiatives, including the planning and launch of the Library Express Locker project and the creation of the library’s new all-ages makerspace, the CO+LAB.
Rubich’s depth of experience and strong organizational insight position her well to lead the Library into
