New ProPublica reporting details the death of a 37-year-old Texas woman in whose troubled pregnancy turned fatal. After finding out she was pregnant, Tierra Walker dealt with a range of unexplained health conditions, including seizures and high blood pressure. When symptoms forced her into a three-week hospital stay, Walker asked doctors if she needed an abortion to save her life, but they told her there was no emergency and there was nothing wrong with her pregnancy. But the preeclampsia did kill Walker at 20 weeks pregnant. ProPublica Reporter Lizzie Presser joins Katy Tur to share more on her story.
