BARREN COUNTY, Ky. – On Thursday, the Glasgow Police Department held a press conference to reveal body camera footage from the Nov. 15 arrest of Cody Vibbert.

The department decided to reveal the footage after videos emerged on social media showing moments from the arrest.

The body camera footage revealed Vibbert allegedly resisting arrest, even pulling the pins from tasers from his chest before appearing to be restrained by the officers at the scene.

After police tried to escort him out of the apartment, the footage appears to show Vibbert allegedly wrapping his legs around one of the officers, causing them to fall to the ground, where Vibbert hit his head, o
