SPRINGDALE -- A rapid bus transit corridor along U.S. 71B, managed lanes in a widened Interstate 49 and a regional mobility authority that can ask voters for revenue are among several proposals for a transportation plan to be submitted to the public next month, according to discussion Thursday at the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission.
