ST. LOUIS PARK, Minnesota — A photo booth can capture a moment but a doodle booth does it by hand.
"It's kind of like combining a photo booth and live artist experience. People come up to it and instead of getting their photo taken, I doodle them really fast," said Gloria Kim, founder and owner of MN Doodle Booth.
Kim has been doodling her friends since high school. But this past summer, she developed her love of doodles into a small business.
"I love doodling and I love doing art but I don't want to do those fancy illustrations. I don't have patience for it," Kim said.
MN Doodle Booth appears at different events, covering everything from craft shows and school events to birthday parties and weddings.
Kim sets up a cardboard booth and then customers pose in front of it as Kim doodles
