Members of the Norway High School Youth Advisory Committee took part in the PTO’s annual Trunk or Treat event to pass out candy to trick-or-treaters. The students decorated their trunk with a fun Cookie Monster theme, complete with costumes as cookies and milk, bringing smiles to local children and families.
