All jobs at have been saved at a Scottish distillery after the St Andrews-based business was rescued from administration by new owners.
Craft whisky and gin producer Eden Mill Distillery has been acquired by Ruby Capital for an undisclosed sum following an accelerated sale process led by administrators Begbies Traynor.
The deal secures all 42 jobs and the future of the brand after its parent company, St Andrews Brewers Limited, collapsed under significant debt.
The business had faced mounting financial pressures linked to delays in opening its flagship visitor centre and a downturn in global whisky sales.
