Pulaski County Schools Superintendent Patrick Richardson received a surprise this week in the form of an award from the Kentucky Educational Development Corporation (KEDC) – Superintendent of the Year.

It may not have been a complete surprise, however, as Richardson said that he started to get an inkling a couple of days before the KEDC meeting that something was going on.
