SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) - A 33-year-old Sparks man was taken into custody on Friday, Nov. 21, at 6:30 p.m. in connection with possession of child pornography, according to a Sparks Police Department news release.
After Sparks Police Department Sex Crimes/Child Abuse Unit detectives executed a search warrant at Nicholas Lisle’s home in the 1600 block of Tyler Way, he was arrested for possession of visual presentation depicting sexual conduct of a person under 16 years of age in addition to a felony violation of the charge, the release said.
The incident unfolded on Saturday, Oct. 18, after Sparks Police responded to a service call related to possible child pornography.
After an investigation, Lisle was identified as the suspect, the release said.
