The recall, announced on November 7, affects products with sell-by dates of October 17 and November 9, 2025. These items were sold at select Costco locations across the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast regions.
According to a notice from Costco and its dressing supplier, Ventura Foods, customers are advised to stop consuming the products and return them to their local Costco for a full refund. The item numbers for the affected products are No. 11444 for both the Caesar Salad and the Chicken Sandwich with Caesar Salad.
