Costco has issued a voluntary recall for its Caesar Salad and Chicken Sandwich with Caesar Salad due to potential plastic contamination in the dressing. The recall, announced on November 7, affects products with sell-by dates of October 17 and November 9, 2025. These items were sold at select Costco locations across the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast regions.

According to a notice from Costco and its dressing supplier, Ventura Foods, customers are advised to stop consuming the products and return them to their local Costco for a full refund.
