JACKSON, Mich. -- East Kentwood got a heavy dose of the Gash brothers on Saturday as Detroit Catholic Central dominated on offense, defense and specials teams for a 46-6 win over the Falcons in the MHSAA Division 1 football semifinals at Jackson High School.

Senior wide receiver Samson Gash had a 95-yard punt return for a touchdown in the first quarter to open the scoring for Catholic Central, making it an 8-0 lead before the Shamrocks offense had a chance to snap the ball.

Not to be outdone, his younger brother, junior Gideon Gash, had a 99-yard kickoff return for a touchdown to open the third quarter to give Catholic Central (13-0) a 32-0 lead.
