Strictly Come Dancing's Alex Kingston has said she feels "fearless" after her cancer journey.
The former ER actress , who is currently a contestant on the BBC ballroom show , faced a womb cancer diagnosis last year. She previously revealed how she had suffered severe bleeding whilst performing on stage, which subsequently led to her diagnosis.
Alex, 62, maintained privacy about her journey until feeling prepared to discuss her experience, which she hopes may encourage others, reports the Mirror .
"It has made me fearless," said Alex, who was speaking ahead of her performance during the BBC ballroom contest's Blackpool show.
