1Two teens arrested after armed backpack robbery in Dorchester with loaded Glock recovered

Boston, MA — Two juvenile males were arrested Friday morning after a victim was robbed at gunpoint in Dorchester, leading police on a brief search that ended with both suspects in custody and a loaded firearm recovered.

Officers from District C-11 responded to a call around 7:22 a.m. for a person with a gun near the intersection of Talbot Avenue and Dorchester Avenue. The suspects, later identified as 14 and 17 years old, allegedly displayed a firearm during the robbery and stole the victim’s backpack before fleeing the area.
