Blitz makes last debut on the Blue as Boise State's tee dog

BOISE, Idaho — In a social media video posted by Boise State on Saturday, the university confirmed that senior night will also be the last time Blitz sees the field as the tee dog for the Broncos.

The American Field Lab has been a fixture on the blue turf, sprinting onto the field after kickoffs to retrieve kicking tees with precision and enthusiasm. But Blitz's athletic career extended beyond football, he also collected baseball bats for the Boise Hawks, making him one of the few working dogs to serve two Boise sports franchises.
