Arne Slot has admitted a number of his decisions did not pay off as Liverpool fell to a hefty 3-0 loss at home to Nottingham Forest. Goals from Murillo, Nicola Savona and Morgan Gibbs-Whites saw the Reds suffer their joint-worst defeat in Premier League history.

The reigning Premier League champions have now lost six of their last seven matches in the English top-flight, and eight from their last 11 in all competitions, with their wretched run of form seeing them drop to 11th in the table.
