Turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce… on a pizza?

Pino’s Pizza in Deer Park, Long Island, is serving a Thanksgiving-themed pie that’s become a viral sensation this holiday season.

Joseph Barbieri, owner of Pino’s Pizza and a native of Calabria, Italy, opened the Deer Park location in 2020. He first created the Thanksgiving pizza after preparing extra turkeys at one of the three locations of his Italian market, Salpino, according to the New York Post .

The unique pie features turkey gravy, crumbled apple sausage stuffing, layers of fresh roasted turkey breast, and dollops of cranberry sauce made from dried dates, figs and pears from his Italian market.
