MOUNDSVILLE – Spectators lined Jefferson Avenue in Moundsville on Saturday afternoon for the 55th annual Marshall County Christmas Parade, presented by the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by WesBanco. Unseasonably warm and sunny weather greeted parade goers, who collected candy and cheered on festive participants in more than 70 parade unit entries in the holiday extravaganza.
