Colorado State lost its ninth game of the season Saturday, falling to Boise State 49-21 at Albertsons Stadium in Boise, Idaho.
With the loss, the Rams fell to 2-9 and 1-6 in the Mountain West Conference. Boise State improved to 7-4 and 5-2.
After the Broncos scored on their first possession to take a 7-0 lead, the Rams answered on their ensuring possession to tie the game.
Darius Curry completed a 3-yard touchdown pass to Rocky Beers to make it 7-7 with 5:27 left in the first quarter. It was Beers’ sixth touchdown of the season, tying the single-season record for a CSU tight end.
