Bear that killed Missouri man in Northwest Arkansas still unaccounted for

The bear traps have been removed, and Sam's Throne Campground is again open to the public. But the black bear that killed Max Thomas, 60, of Springfield, Mo., on Sept. 30 may still be at large somewhere in the Ozark Mountains of Newton County.
