Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma triggered discussions online after sharing a screenshot of a massive restaurant bill that was dramatically reduced through dining discounts.

The bill, originally Rs 40,828, ended up at Rs 24,733 after applying for offers and coupons via the food-discount platform EazyDiner.

Sharma posted the image on X, surprised and thankful for the heavy savings. He credited his friend Kapil Chopra, who is the founder of EazyDiner for the perks.

He wrote: “It is too good to be true that a 40K restaurant bill becomes 24K just because you have friends like @KapilChopra72’s awesome and incredible @eazydiner!”

He also thanked the platform for consistently offering great deals.
