The Vijay Sondhi Foundation has announced the inaugural edition of the Vijay Sondhi Memorial Legal Writing Championship .

Established by Ajay Sondhi , with the support of Avinash K. Sharma , as a tribute to his elder brother, Late Shri Vijay K. Sondhi , the Vijay Sondhi Foundation carries forward his commitment to the pursuit of justice.

The Foundation aims to encourage legal writing, support young lawyers and law students, and create opportunities for emerging voices in the legal profession.

As part of the Vijay Sondhi Memorial Legal Writing Championship , outstanding entries will be recognised with cash rewards.

For advocates with less than 5 years of experience, prizes are set at ₹25,000 for 1st place, ₹15,000 for 2n
