Two people have died in a crash on the A505 near Royston . Officers were called to the A505 near the junction with Cat Ditch Road on Friday, November 21, at around 11.30pm.

It was reported there had been a collision involving a car and a motorcycle. Officers and the ambulance service attended the scene.

Two people, the rider and pillion passenger of the motorcycle, died at the scene. Their families have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
