Srinagar, Nov 23: National Conference Member of Parliament, Mian Altaf Ahmad on Sunday said that the restoration of Statehood to Jammu and Kashmir remains the party’s top priority and will be the first issue they raise in the upcoming Winter Session of Parliament beginning December 01.

Speaking to news agency Kashmir Indepth News Service (KINS), Mian Altaf said the party has consistently demanded the return of Statehood and will continue to do so in the Parliament.

“We have again and again raised the restoration of Statehood in Parliament. Every single day we are demanding it, and of course this is our first point to raise in the Parliament,” he said.
