Happy Thanksgiving week to all those who celebrate! I am thankful for you, dear readers, and for your continued support of the desert's arts and culture scene that I'm lucky enough to cover.

The event offerings are a little lighter this week due to the holiday, but there's still plenty to do — from a stand-up comedy set to a traveling Broadway show — for those who will be in town for Thanksgiving.
