BLISSFIELD, Mich. — Anything related to sculpture, Ken Thompson is interested in.

As the owner of Flatlanders Sculpture Supply and Art Galleries in Blissfield, Mich., the longtime sculptor provides services from constructing artwork to restoration and conservation work, along with having three galleries in house, a fine craft gallery, and an outdoor sculpture exhibit. The Midwest Sculpture Initiative is another aspect of the business, which started around 22 years ago, designed to put together outside sculpture shows across the region.
