A product sold on Amazon by Anna Queen has been recalled after a U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission found that it posed a serious risk.

Anna Queen play yards have been recalled for suffocation and entrapment hazards and violating mandatory standards for play yards.

“Infants can become entrapped under the mattress or between the side of the play yard and the mattress,” which poses a risk of ”serious injury or deadly suffocation,” the commission warned in a recall issued on Nov. 20 .

The agency said that there have not been reported incidents or injuries caused by the play yard.

The product was sold on Amazon from March and cost between $100 and $110. They were manufactured in China. About 70 units are affected, the agency said.
