Tony Romo immediately became a fan favorite when he left the Dallas Cowboys and entered the broadcast booth after his retirement.

From his "Romostradamus" predictions to his witty banter, the longtime NFL quarterback gave audiences a glimpse into the position and advanced their knowledge of the game.

However, over the past few years he's regressed in a big way. Awful Announcing recently called CBS Sports' decision to hand Romo a 10-year, $180 million contract "one of the worst decisions in sports media." Romo's decline isn't a secret to those at CBS either.
