The three movies Eddie Murphy wishes he had done: ohnotheydidnt

Eddie Murphy said that the three movies he wishes he had done are Ghostbusters, Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, and Rush Hour.

He said that he chose to do Beverly Hills Cop instead of Ghostbusters so it all worked out. When Who Framed Roger Rabbit? was described to him, he thought it sounded ridiculous so he passed on the project. After he saw it, he realized, "Oh, that's fucking amazing!" Rush Hour would have required him to shoot actions scenes in LA. The other movie he was contemplating at the time required him to just wear the same outfit while he sat on the beach in Florida. He chose beach time in Florida but the movie ended up being "horrible." He doesn't name the film but it was Holy Man (which was originally supposed to star John Candy).
