Maria Shriver, niece of the late U.S. president John F. Kennedy, is supporting her family member Tatiana Schlossberg amid her terminal cancer diagnosis.
“If you can only read one thing today, please make take the time for this extraordinary piece of writing by my cousin Caroline’s extraordinary daughter Tatiana,” Shriver, 70, wrote via her Instagram on Saturday, November 22 — the same day Schlossberg penned a moving essay for The New Yorker announcing she has been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia and given just one year to live.
