At least one person is dead after a crash in Wright County early Saturday morning.
The Minnesota State Patrol says a westbound Chevy Equinox and an eastbound GMC Acadia were in a collision on Highway 55 in Wright County just after 2:30 a.m.
The two vehicles collided near County Road 33 in Rockford Township, causing the Chevy to roll into the north ditch and GMC to roll into the south ditch.
At least one occupant of the vehicles was killed in the crash, according to the state patrol.
The driver of the GMC was identified as a 50-year-old Plymouth man. He was the only occupant of the vehicle.
The driver of the Chevy was identified as a 20-year-old St. Paul woman. In the Chevy were also two 18-year-old woman – one from Minneapolis and the other from Freeport.
