For several different reasons, Sunday's showdown between the Steelers and Bears is going to be one to keep an eye on.
Let's start with Aaron Rodgers ' status against his longtime former team. Despite his best efforts, Rodgers' fractured left wrist will prevent him from playing, Steelers coach Mike Tomlin told CBS Sports' Evan Washburn more than two hours prior to kickoff. With Rodgers out, veteran backup Mason Rudolph will make his first start for the Steelers in nearly two years.
Rodgers' absence aside, this is nonetheless a matchup between first-place teams. Chicago (7-3) is currently just ahead of the Packers and Lions in the NFC North division standings . Pittsburgh (6-4) has a one-game lead in the AFC North over the surging Ravens .
