A fire tore through a house in Queens Sunday morning, killing a 95-year-old woman and leaving a 68-year-old woman and 6-year-old girl in critical condition, sources and officials said.
FDNY were called to 113-23 202 St. in St. Albans on reports of a blaze in the cellar and arrived within three minutes, officials said. More than 60 firefighters and paramedics eventually responded to the scene and brought out three people who had been inside, according to the FDNY.
