Lady Gaga showed off a striking hair transformation as she made her way out of Laurent restaurant in Paris Nov. 21, trading her signature platinum blonde locks for a jet black hairstyle.

During the dinner outing, the 39-year-old wore a mint green Tom Ford suit consisting of an oversized blazer and matching pants. She completed the look with a black bralette and sleek oval-shaped sunglasses.

The Grammy winner—who is engaged to entrepreneur Michael Polansky —was in the city of love for the European leg of her Mayhem Ball Tour, which concluded Nov. 22. She’s set to perform a series of concerts in Australia in December before taking the spectacle to Japan in January.
