As winter arrives and daylight fades as early as 4pm, a vet is calling on pet owners to take extra care when their animals are close to roads. Throughout Road Safety Week, specialists are highlighting the dangers created by early darkness, especially for cats and dogs who can be difficult for drivers to see.
