NEW DELHI: Borders can change anytime and, who knows, one day the Sindh region of Pakistan may return to India, defence minister Rajnath Singh said on Sunday, asserting that Sindh would always remain civilisationally a part of India. Speaking at an event of the Sindhi community, he said, "He (L K Advani) wrote in one of his books that Sindhi Hindus, especially those of his generation, still haven't accepted the separation of Sindh from India."
